Shipping & Delivery Times

Orders are carefully packed by hand and shipped from our warehouse in Littleton, North Carolina. UPS Standard Ground Service is used on all items within the United States and we provide tracking numbers upon shipping.

Due to the handmade nature of these high-quality products, not all items are in stock at all times. Occasionally, if an item is out of stock, orders may be delayed as they need to be shipped to our warehouse from our manufacturer. If you would like to check the availability of an item before you order, please call our Customer Service Department at 855-922-7277 between 9:00 AM & 8:00 PM EST Monday - Friday. If your item is not in stock, we can give you more information regarding estimated manufacturing & delivery times. In most cases, we will notify you via e-mail if there will be such a delay.

Express or Expedited Delivery:

At this time, we cannot accept express or expedited delivery requests. If you need an item in a hurry, we strongly recommend calling Customer Service at 855-922-7277 to check availability of an item before ordering.

International Shipping:

World Class Brass will fulfill international orders!  Due to the costs of shipping and customs regulations, we find that the best method is to use the US Postal Service Parcel Post.  These orders are customized individually on a per item basis.  At this time, we have a flat fee of $44 USD for international shipping on all orders.
